📣 Exciting Girl Up Opportunity! 📣
Our friends at Fair Play have reached out about their new Home [Eq]uity campaign. Eve Rodsky’s Fair Play – first a New York Times Bestselling book, then a podcast, then a documentary film, and now a curriculum – outlines a system for how to divide up household tasks fairly, based on individual and family needs. The Fair Play Home [Eq]uity Curriculum is tailored for young people to teach them not only how to close the chore gap, but also how to effectively communicate, set boundaries, and follow through.
The Home [Eq]uity Curriculum is now available to those 18 years and older to bring to their schools and communities for free. And they wanted our network to be among the first to access this innovative new gender equity curriculum. All you have to do is sign up here and they will follow up with you directly. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s included in the curriculum:
- 3-part lesson plan with slide decks (each lesson approx. 50 minutes and adaptable)
- Printable Student Workbook
- Printable Facilitator Workbook
- Worksheets, Games, and Scenario Cards
Sign up and be among the first to implement this new curriculum, just in time for Women's History Month (March) and International Invisible Work Day (April 4).
